Salman Khan was spotted at Mumbai airport on Tuesday amid heightened security following the firing incident involving Tiger Shroff. The actor was surrounded by several armed security personnel, with his longtime bodyguard Shera also accompanying him.

Salman kept his airport appearance brief, acknowledging the paparazzi with a nod before heading inside. The development comes days after Tiger was allegedly targeted in a firing incident in Mumbai on Sunday.

The actor was leaving a football ground when shots were fired. An audio clip subsequently circulated by Anil Pandit, an alleged associate of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, in which he and Harman Sandhu reportedly claimed responsibility for the incident.

The message also alleged that Tiger had been warned earlier and issued a threat to the Mumbai film industry, warning that those working with Salman Khan could face a similar fate. Salman's airport appearance has since drawn reactions on social media, with several users commenting on the actor's security arrangements.

One netizen wrote, "Kiski kya mazal salman ka kuch kr le (sic)." On the work front, Salman has 'Maathrubhumi' and his upcoming film with director Vamshi Paidipally in the pipeline. The shoot for 'Maathrubhumi' has been completed, but the film's release date remains uncertain.

It was initially scheduled to hit theatres in April this year before being postponed, and the makers are yet to announce a new date. Meanwhile, Salman's film with Vamshi Paidipally is scheduled for an Eid release next year.
