Agreement & eligibility
These Terms govern access to ContentVerse, an India-first publishing platform operated for users in India and worldwide. By creating an account or using the site you accept these Terms, our Content Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service only with a parent or guardian’s consent where Indian law requires it. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
Using the platform
- You may read, publish, comment, tip creators, and use utilities (sports scores, market data, job listings) for personal, non-abusive purposes.
- You may not scrape at scale, spam, impersonate others, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- You must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable criminal and civil law, and our Content Policy.
Your content & licence
- You retain ownership of original work you publish.
- You grant ContentVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform and in related marketing.
- You confirm you have all rights to text, images, and media you upload, and that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, our Content Policy, or Indian law, including orders under the IT Act and IT Rules, 2021.
Payments, tips & taxes
Tips and creator earnings are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payout methods, timelines, and fees are described in the dashboard and may change with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for any income tax, GST, or other statutory obligations on earnings. We may request KYC or tax information required by Indian payment partners or law.
Advertising
We may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense, on eligible pages. Ads are subject to Google’s publisher policies and our Cookie Policy. We do not guarantee ad revenue.
Intermediary status
ContentVerse acts as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. We provide tools for users to publish and interact; we do not pre-author every word, but we moderate reported content and enforce our policies.
We maintain a grievance redressal contact for complaints about content or accounts. Contact details appear below.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, ContentVerse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, third-party ads, or user-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are prohibited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
